AgiBot: Hong Kong listing in Q3 2026 at HK$40–50B
missed on the Q3 2026 window · deadline Wednesday, September 30, 2026
The claim
Reuters reported in 2026 that AgiBot was lining up a Hong Kong IPO at a HK$40–50 billion valuation (about US$5.1–6.4B) with CICC, CITIC Securities, and Morgan Stanley as sponsors, targeting a debut in the third quarter of 2026. On July 24, 2026 the company confirmed it had started the Hong Kong listing process.

Caveats baked in at the time
- The Q3 target came from sources in the Reuters reporting, not from AgiBot. The company's own confirmation on July 24 gave no date.
- A Hong Kong listing needs a public Application Proof, a hearing, and a prospectus. None of those had appeared by the end of Q3.
What counts as met
Met if AgiBot shares trade on HKEX by September 30, 2026. Missed otherwise; a later listing is a new entry.
Status as of Saturday, October 31, 2026
Q3 passed with no filing. As of October 9 there was no public Application Proof or prospectus on HKEXnews, and one outlet now expects a preliminary prospectus in early 2027. AgiBot remains the 2025 shipment leader at 5,168 units.
Checked against the Reuters-based reporting and an IPO tracker's October 9 status note. HKEXnews was not queried directly.
